Our approach
Chiropractic is not just about adjusting the joints. Our job is keep all structures working together, such as joints, muscles, nerves, and connective tissue. If needed, we explore other factors like diet and supplements to support healing. It’s our goal to support patients in keeping moving doing all the activities important to you with as little pain as possible.
Dr Jenna
Dr. Jenna OConnell, born in Portland, graduated from University of Western States with a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelors in Human Biology, as well as extensive training in sports and exercise medicine.
Dr. Jenna treats patients using a conservative, non-invasive, holistic approach knowing that each patient will respond to care differently. Chiropractic treatment can include adjustments, soft tissue therapies, nutrition, kinesiotaping, physical therapy and rehabilitation to help patients recover and keep active. Dr. Jenna is skilled in adjusting techniques from diversified manual adjusting to very gentle adjusting, such as the Activator technique.
Many injuries and conditions can benefit from Dr. Jenna's treatments to include: sports injuries, sport performance, motor vehicle accidents, sprains/strains, migraines and headaches, pregnancy, neck pain, midback pain, low back pain, upper and lower extremity pain, repetitive stress injuries, and TMJ pain.
Dr. Jenna lives with her partner and daughter and baby boy in Portland on their mini farm with dogs, cat, chickens, and bees.

There is plenty of visitor parking in front of the building! We are located on the second floor, which can be accessed by the elevator or stairs. Coming out of the elevator to the right, you will make two rights down the hall and then you will be at our door. The hallway is a loop so either way you go you will end up at our door!
